Frequently Asked Questions

  • Shipping
    How much is shipping? Shipping is a flat rate fee of $14.99 for all purchases with a subtotal of $199.99 or less, and $21.99 for all purchases with a subtotal of $200.00 or more. We will be expanding shipping options in the future to reduce these costs for our customers. How are items shipped and how long will it take? All shipping is Standard Shipping through Canada Post and takes approximately 5-7 days. There is always the potential that shipping can be both shorter or longer. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship in Canada. We anticipate being able to ship to the United States eventually, and potentially to other locations as well, in the future. Is packaging discreet? Yes! ALL items are shipped in discreet packaging with only "RCLLB" or "RCLLBoutique" on the return label so that only you know what is inside. Items will be both safely protected and inconspicious. For local deliveries, this discretion also applies.
  • Returns & Exchanges
    Can I exchange or return my item? Due to the nature of our product, there are NO returns or exchanges. All purchases are FINAL. This is also in accordance with both Health Canada and BCHealth regulations that we must comply with. Please be sure of your purchase before making it. If you're not sure, reach out to us so we can answer your questions! But I recieved my item & it doesn't work; I received the wrong size; I changed my mind; Etc. What do I do? The benefit of buying from a small business over a large corporation is that every product is tested more than once before its shipment to you (upon arrival from the supplier and before being packaged). In the event that your item is not working upon arrival, please contact us for troubleshooting advice. There is usually an easy, minor fix that we can walk you through. Many products come with a manufacturer warranty that will cover any defects that may have presented themselves. We cannot predict if a defect will occur, unfortunately. While we understand that dealing with a defect and a replacement is time-consuming and frustrating, this is how this issue is addressed. Please see the "Warranties" section for more information. If you truly did receive the wrong size or an incorrect item, we will address these errors on a case by case basis. Please contact us if your order was incorrect. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or return items just because you changed your mind, even if it is unused, as there is no way for us to verify this. We are not trained or set-up to handle items that come into contact with genitals and bodily fluids. Because there are no returns or exchanges, we encourage customers to contact us and ask questions. We will go above and beyond to ensure that the item you're wanting to purchase is truly what you are looking for.
  • Warranties
    All warranties are strictly manufacturer warranties. Red Cheeks does not offer any warranties of our own for any products. We have concentrated on carrying products with 5 year warranties to ensure that customers are getting the most out of their investment when making a purchase. Some products will have warranties for less time, but we stray away from items with "60 day" or "90 day" warranties as they are often dollar store equivalent products. We also do not believe that this is enough time to properly use a product in order for a defect to show up. If a company does not believe in their product enough to offer a proper warranty, we do not believe that it is usually a product worth buying. Every brand is different. Many of them no longer require you to sign up or register your warranty for it to be valid. Some of them still do. Read through your product information sheet and packaging to find out if you need to register your warranty. Our top suggestion is to use something like a recipe card to write all of the necessary information on, in the event that you do need to make a warranty claim. Here's what to keep tucked away somewhere safe: - Product brand/name (website if included) - Item name & color - Any relevant information written on the package - Date it was purchased and length of warranty If you are unsure how to register your product or if your product has a warranty at all, please feel free to contact us.
